Comprehensive Warranty Policy
SCCAIR is committed to offering a complimentary and comprehensive one-year warranty. However, this free warranty is subject to certain exceptions, which include:
1. Damages that are inflicted on the SCCAIR shock absorber by artificial means or external forces.
2. Shock absorbers from SCCAIR that are available in the second-hand market.
Upon receiving the returned part, SCCAIR will diligently investigate the root cause of any malfunction. Should the issue arise from improper installation or usage, we will evaluate the repair costs and promptly liaise with the customer before proceeding with any repairs or replacements.
