Warranty Policy
SCCAIR offers a comprehensive 1-year free warranty. However, the free warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
1. Damages inflicted deliberately on the SCCAIR shock absorber or those caused by external forces.
2. SCCAIR shock absorbers that have been sold in the second-hand market.
Upon receiving the defective part, SCCAIR will diagnose the issue. If the malfunction is due to improper installation or misuse, we will estimate the repair cost and contact the customer before proceeding with repairs or parts replacement.
