Warranty Policy
SCCAIR offers a comprehensive free warranty for 1 year. However, this free warranty does not cover the following situations:
1. Damages to SCCAIR shock absorbers caused by artificial means or external forces.
2. SCCAIR shock absorbers that have been circulated in the second-hand market.
Upon receiving the returned part for repair, SCCAIR will diagnose the cause of the malfunction. If improper installation or usage is identified as the cause, we will evaluate the repair costs and inform the customer before proceeding with repairs or part replacements.
