Warranty Policy
SCCAIR offers a comprehensive 1-year free warranty. However, this warranty does not cover the following situations:
1. Damage to SCCAIR shock absorbers caused by deliberate actions or external forces;
2. SCCAIR shock absorbers sold in the second-hand market.
Upon receiving a returned part for repair, SCCAIR will diagnose the issue. If the malfunction results from improper installation or usage, we will estimate the repair cost and contact the customer before proceeding with the repair or part replacement.
