Warranty Policy
SCCAIR promises a comprehensive, complimentary warranty for 1 year. However, this free warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
1. Damages to SCCAIR shock absorbers caused by human actions or external forces;
2. SCCAIR shock absorbers that have entered the second-hand market.
Upon receiving the returned part for repair, SCCAIR will diagnose the malfunction. If the issue is due to improper installation or use, we will assess the repair costs and contact the customer before proceeding with the repair or replacement.
