Upper Steel Open-thread Ring Design
The upper-open threaded steel ring structure of air bags for suspension is a flexible design that differs from traditional airbag assemblies. Its structure allows for the successful separation of the upper mounting seat from the air bag, while also enabling them to be cleverly combined. This facilitates the development of custom upper mounting bases for specific vehicles, maximizing their superior performance.
This design not only provides greater flexibility in manufacturing but also enables consumers to reuse the rear air bag mounting seat when replacing the air spring kit, thereby reducing costs and promoting environmental sustainability.
Air Bags for Suspension with Mounting Seat
The left image shows an air bag with a upper mounting seat, specifically designed for the rear air spring assembly of the BMW E92 M3. This mounting seat is exclusive to the E92 M3, as different vehicle models have varying mounting interfaces. We have utilized the flexibility of the open-ring design to provide operational space for the development of specialized suspension kits, breaking away from the limitations of traditional universal kits. This represents one of the advantages of our air suspension system, reflected in structural optimization, design flexibility, and enhanced environmental sustainability.

Warranty Policy
SCCAIR promises a free overall warranty for 1 year. However, the free warranty shall not apply in the following circumstances:
1.Artificial damages to SCCAIR shock absorber or damages caused by an external force;
2.SCCAIR shock absorbers circulated in the second-hand market.
SCCAIR will find the cause of the malfunction after receiving the part sent back for repair. If the malfunction was caused by improper installation or use, we will assess the repair cost and contact the customer before repairing or replacing parts.
